| 摘 要： | 目的:分析儿童呼吸道感染性疾病的患病情况及变化趋势,为进一步做好儿童疾病预防、保健、医疗工作提供科学依据。方法:收集2005年～2010年晋煤集团总医院住院儿童病案资料,共3 138人次,其中呼吸道感染性疾病患儿2 085人次,对这些病案资料进行疾病情况性别和年龄分布的统计和分析。结果:不同性别患儿呼吸道感染性疾病患病率没有差别;幼儿期呼吸道感染性疾病患病率最高(75.51%),儿童期次之(64.24%);从2005年到2009年住院儿童呼吸道感染性疾病患病率呈现逐年上升的趋势。结论:在今后的工作中,应该重视幼儿期儿童呼吸道感染性疾病的预防、诊断、治疗。
