| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫腔镜联合输卵管插管通液术在女性不孕症诊治中的价值。方法:用宫腔镜对148例不孕症患者进行检查,观察输卵管、宫颈宫腔情况等,同时行宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术,观察输卵管插管通液术前后输卵管通畅性。结果:46例原发性不孕者宫腔内异常占36.96%,输卵管异常占40.23%,102例继发性不孕者宫腔内异常占73.53%,输卵管异常占48.44%。31例具有双侧输卵管术前已行输卵管通水或输卵管造影原发不孕患者和82例具有双侧输卵管术前已行输卵管通水或输卵管造影继发不孕患者,其治疗前后输卵管通畅性有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:宫腔镜联合输卵管插管通液术用于不孕症的诊治,具有效果确切、操作简单、微创、安全、患者依从性好的优点。
