密云县妇幼保健服务资源现状及管理模式探讨

目的:通过对妇幼卫生保健人力资源配置公平程度进行评估,探索切实可行的妇幼保健管理模式,为妇幼保健服务资源合理配置提供参考。方法:北京市密云县22家医疗保健单位所有妇幼保健服务人员为研究对象,对人员基本情况、健康教育设备等方面进行问卷调查。结果:妇幼保健人员结构基本情况:医疗专业占62.9%,非医疗专业占37.1%;职称构成:高级职称占6.5%,中级职称占32.6%,初级职称占41.9%,无专业技术职称占19.4%。妇幼保健服务人力资源公平性评价基尼系数是0.51,处于警戒状态。健康教育设备配备只占36.5%。县妇幼保健院群体保健人员资源产出大量增加。结论:卫生管理部门应积极引进和培养妇幼保健人才,对县妇幼保健院创造新的管理模式。

Discussion of current situation and management mode of maternal and child health service resource in Miyun county
