| 摘 要： | 目的:研究产妇难产与胎膜早破的关系。方法:收集2005年4月～2010年11月该院妇产科收治的200例胎膜早破产妇和同期200例正常破膜产妇的胎头衔接、顺产、难产、胎位和母婴并发症等方面资料,并进行组间比较分析。结果:与对照组比,胎膜早破的胎头未衔接例数较高(P<0.05)。胎膜早破组的难产率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:临床上胎膜早破与难产常互为因果,对于胎膜早破者,采取必要措施,减少产后并发症。
