降脂减肥胶囊联合阿托伐他汀及磷酸西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病伴代谢综合征临床观察

目的探讨降脂减肥胶囊联合阿托伐他汀、磷酸西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴代谢综合征(MS)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的T2DM伴MS患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。两组患者均予相关健康教育,并给予阿托伐他汀钙片及磷酸西格列汀片口服,研究组患者加服降脂减肥胶囊,均治疗1个月。结果研究组总有效率为68.00%,显著高于对照组的46.00%(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)水平均显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著升高,且研究组患者上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组与研究组不良反应发生率相当(16.00%比20.00%,χ2=0.271,P=0.603>0.05)。结论降脂减肥胶囊联合阿托伐他汀、磷酸西格列汀治疗T2DM伴MS疗效确切,可有效改善患者糖脂代谢情况,减轻机体炎性因子水平。

Jiangzhi Jianfei Capsules Combined with Atorvastatin and Sigliptin Phosphate in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Metabolic Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiangzhi Jianfei Capsules combined with atorvastatin and siglitin phosphate tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods A total of 100 patients with T2 DM and MS who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin and sigliptin phosphate tablets.The study group was treated with Jiangzhi Jianfei Capsule on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 68.00%,which was significantly higher than 46.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood sugar(2 h PG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-C(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the high density lipoprotein-C(HDL-C)significantly higher,and the improvements in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(16.00%vs.20.00%,χ2=0.271,P=0.603>0.05).Conclusion Jiangzhi Jianfei Capsules combined with atorvastatin and siglitin phosphate tablets is effective in the treatment of patients with T2DM and MS.It can effectively improve the metabolism of glucose and lipid and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
