| 摘 要： | 目的：评价低分子肝素（LMWH）治疗急性脑栓塞的疗效。方法选择急性脑栓塞住院病人200例，随机分为治疗组100例及对照组100例。两组均用常规脱水、静滴脑复康，调控血压、血糖及对症等治疗，治疗组用LMWH0．4ml腹部皮下注射，每日2次，连用10天。对照组则用复方丹参注射液20ml加入0．9％生理盐水250ml静滴，每日1次，连用10天。结果治疗组的总有效率（93．33％）明显优于对照组（76．67％），p〈0．05。治疗组神经功能评分与对照组有明显差异p〈0．01。结论低分子肝素是治疗急性脑栓塞较安全有效的药物。

Observation on clincal effects of the low molecular heparins (LMWH) in treating acute cerebral embolism |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe clinical effects of the LMWH in treating acute cerebral embolism. Methods 200 patients were randomly into treatment group （n=100,receiving low molecular heparins ,0.4ml,Bid iH ） and comparison group （n=100,receiving danshen jection 20ml Qd ivgtt ）.Based on normal personal treatment of each group. Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in the LMWH group and it was significantly greater than 76. 67% in the control group （P〈0.05）. NDS shows obvious difference between treatment group and comparison group P 〈0.01. Conclusion In treating cerebral embolism, LMWH is effctive and safe. |
