| 摘 要： | 目的测定P波离散度(Pd)制定正常值范围。方法采用同步十二导联心电图机测定100例健康成人和30例有阵发性房颤病史患者的最大P波时限(Pmax),最小P波时限(Pmin),二者差值为P波离散度,测量Pd正常值范围。结果心房颤动组P波离散度增高(47.8±7.6)ms,与健康成人(20.6±10.5)ms差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);Pd在男女性别及各年龄段之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。用人工目测的方法测定的Pd值有较好的重复性。结论P波离散度<40ms为正常范围。

| Abstract: | Objective Measure P wave dispersion and the range of normal value. Methods Measuring the maximum P wave duration(Pmax), the minimum P wave duration (Pmix) and the P wave dispersion (Pmax-Pmin) from 12-lead surface electrocardiogram of 100 normal subjects and 30 patients with a history of PAF, measure the range of normal value. Results P wave dispersion was significantly higher in patients (47.8±7.6) ms than in normal subjects (20.6±10.5) ms (P<0.01). There were no differences between sexes and among ages (P>0.05). This value was almost the same as that measured manually in different times. Conclusion Pd<40 ms could be regarded as normal range. |
