| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血液透析(HD)对尿毒症患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:采用红细胞受体花环率(E—C3bRR)测定尿毒症患者的红细胞免疫功能,观察HD对尿毒症患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果:尿毒症患者的E-C3bRR明显低于正常人(P<0.01),尿毒症患者经HD治疗2月后,其E-C3bRR明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:HD可改善红细胞的免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relation between Hemodialysis (HD) and immune function of red blood cells (RBC) in patients with uremia. Method Erythrocyte C3b receptor ring rate (E- C3BRR) was used as index for the analysis of RBC immune fuction. Results E - C3RR was significantly decreased in the patients with uremia compared with normal control (P< 0.01). E - C3BRR was signifcantly increased two monthes after administration of HD as compared to that before HD ( P < 0.01). Conclosion HD could increase the immune function of RBC. |
