23例输尿管病变应用64层螺旋CT扫描的诊断分析

目的探讨64层螺旋CT扫描及三维重建技术在输尿管病变中的应用价值。方法回顾分析23例输尿管病变,所有病例均用64层螺旋CT进行平扫和双期增强扫描及延迟扫描,进行曲面重建、多平面重组、最大密度投影、容积重建。结果23例输尿管病变中,肾癌侵及集合系统致对比剂外渗1例,输尿管癌1例,膀胱癌复发侵及输尿管1例,结肠癌复发侵及输尿管及膀胱1例,输尿管结石12例,输尿管结核1例,先天性发育异常5例,迷走血管压迫输尿管1例。结论64层螺旋CT扫描及三维重建在输尿管病变诊断中具有较高的应用价值。

Diagnostic Analysis of 23 Cases with Ureteral Diseases by 64-slice Spiral CT

Objective To investigate the application value of 64-slice CT scan and 3D reconstruction techniques in the ureter disease. Methods 23 cases with ureteral disease were retrospectively analyzed. Many techniques of 64-slice spiral CT were used on all patients, such as plain scan, double phase enhancement scanning, delayed scanning, curved planar reconstruction, multi-planar reformation, maximum intensity projection,volume reconstruction. Results Among 23 cases with ureteropathy, one case had reagent exosmose resulting from damaged collection system because of renal cancer. One case had carcinoma of ulreter,one case had ureteral invasion from carcinoma of bladder. One case had ulreter and bladder invasion because of recurred colon cancer, 12 cases had ureteral calculus, one case bad tuberculosis of ureter,5 cases had congenital abnormality, one case had compressed ureters by aberration vessels. Conclusion 64-slice CT scan and 3D reconstruction had higher application value in the diagnosis of ureteral diseases.
