| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性肾梗塞的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法总结2例急性局灶性肾梗塞的临床诊治经验，并结合献对急性肾梗塞的临床疗法疗效进行分析。结果经解痉止痛和经静脉抗凝治疗，2例患疼痛缓解，随访复查局部肾梗塞灶仍存。结论急性肾梗塞的治疗效果主要取决于早期发现和及时治疗，临床诊断中需提高对肾梗塞的认识。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute renal infarction. Methods Two cases of focal renal infarction were reviewed and studied with review of the literature. Results Flank pain was relieved by anticoagulant and analgesic therapy, but renal function did stabilize at pretherapy levels. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment is important for achieving recovery of the compromised renal parenchyma. Renal infarction should be suspected in the presence of abdominal pain of sudden onset. |
