| 摘 要： | 应用ASM68K自动图象分析仪,对86例胃粘膜病变进行P_1/D_1(不规则腺体的外缘周长/面积A_1相等的圆的直径)、P_2/D_2(沿腔侧胞核连成曲线构成的不规则圆的周长/面积A_2相等的圆的直径)、ING(核/腺比值指数)的测量研究。结果表明,单纯肠化生、异型增生和腺癌3组的P_1/D_1、P_2/D_2、ING均值随异型程度的加重而递增,且各组的均值间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。我们认为P_1/D_1、P_2/D_2、ING可作为胃癌和异型增生定量诊断及异型程度分级的客观形态测量指标,其中以ING均值最有价值。

| Abstract: | The P1/D1, P2/D2 and ING values of the gastric mucosal lesions in 86 cases of gastric carcinoma or peptic ulcer were studied, using semiautomatic image analyzer. The results demonstrate that the mean values of P1/D1, P2/D2 and ING increased with the intensified degree of dysplasia in groups of simple intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia and differentiated adenocarcinoma. Statistically significant differences were found among these groups (P<0.05). From the foregoing it may be suggested that the values of P1/D1, P2/D2, ING are regarded as objective morphometric parameters of quantitaive diagnosis of gastric carcinoma and determination of the grade of dysplasia, with the mean value of ING being most valuable. |
