| 摘 要： | 紧密连接(TJ)是维持肠黏膜上皮细胞间机械屏障的重要结构基础.除Claudin蛋白、occludin蛋白、ZO-1等重要组成蛋白外,目前已有40多种TJ相关蛋白分子陆续被发现.研究表明,TJ结构不但具有调节细胞间物质转运和维持上皮极性的功能,而且其相关蛋白分子还参与细胞增殖分化、肿瘤抑制、基因转录等过程的信息传递和调控.本文作者就TJ蛋白分子的最新发现及其功能作一综述,旨在了解TJ在肠道屏障功能中的作用.
