生脉饮与六味地黄丸改善慢性应激所致学习记忆障碍的作用研究

摘    要:选用氢化可的松 (HC)慢性注射制备慢性应激致Wistar大鼠学习记忆障碍的动物模型。通过用Y 迷宫测定学习记忆成绩观察生脉饮与六味地黄丸合用对慢性应激所致学习记忆障碍模型鼠的作用 ,并用H .E染色法观察海马CA1区锥体神经元形态、数量变化以及免疫组织化学方法观察海马CA1区神经型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)阳性神经元的数量变化来探讨其可能作用机制。结果表明 ,生脉饮与六味地黄丸合用能改善Wistar大鼠因慢性应激所致学习记忆障碍。其机制可能与其对海马CA1区锥体神经元 ,尤其是nNOS阳性神经元的保护作用有关。

Abstract:Object:The aim of this article is to investigate the protective effect and mechanism of SHENGMAI YIN and LIUWEIDIHUANG PILL on impairment of learning and memory functions induced by chronic stress in Wistar rats.Methods:Rats were divided into model group.control group and traditional Chinese medicine group.The model of chronic stress impaired learning and memory functions was made by repetitive administrating hydrocortisone in Wistar rats. At the same time the traditional Chinese medicine group was given SHENGMAI YIN and LIUWEIDIHUANG PILL.Then we measured the performance of learning and memory with Ymaze and observed the changes of pyramidal neurons and nNOS neurons of CA1 in the hippocampus by using the H.E and immunohistochemical stain.Results:SHENGMAI YIN and LIUWEIDIHUANG PILL can improve the impairment of learning and memory functions and the death of ippocampal neurons and nNOS neurons in CA1 induced by chronic stress in rats.Conclusions:The mechanism of the protective effect of SHENGMAI YIN and LIUWEIDIHUANG PILL may be that they can protect all of the neurons,especially nNOS neurons in CA1 of hippocampus.
