| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下压迫修复股动脉穿刺术后假性动脉瘤的疗效。方法：股动脉穿刺术后假性动脉瘤24例。在彩色多普勒血流显像的监测下，利用探头行持续加压修复。结果：23例假性动脉瘤一次性压迫修复成功，治愈率96％。结论：彩色多普勒超声监测下加压治疗股动脉穿刺术后假性动脉瘤是一种简单、有效、经济、安全的方法，有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided compression repair(UGCR) for post-(puncture) femoral artery pseudoaneurysm.Methods: Twenty-four patients with post-catheterization femoral artery pseudoaneurysm underwent compression repair with a probe.Results: Femoral artery pseudoaneurysm repair was performed successfully in 96%(23/24) patients with a single compression. Conclusion: UGCR is a simple,(effective),safe and cost-effective method for treatment of post-puncture femoral artery pseudoaneurysm and has high potential in clinical practice. |
