肺心病急性加重期并发上消化道出血诱发因素分析

目的探讨肺心病急性加重期并发上消化道出血的诱发因素。方法回顾性分析60例肺心病急性加重期并发上消化道出血患者的血气分析、心力衰竭、损害消化道粘膜药物的应用等因素,并与同期未发生消化道出血的肺心病人上述情况进行比较。结果低氧血症、高碳酸血症、心力衰竭和应用损害消化道粘膜的药物因素是并发上消化道出血的重要因素,其发生率显著高于无上述诱发因素的慢性肺心病病人。结论早期干预肺心病合并上消化道出血的诱发因素是减少肺心病人导致上消化道出血的关键。

Analysis on Predisposing Factors of Cor Pulmonale in its Acute Stage Complicated with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate related factors of cor pulmonale complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, so as to reduce its incidence and the mortality caused by this disease. Methods 60 cases of cot pulmonale complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively to evaluate the factors, such as blood gas analysis, heart failure, application situation of drugs which damage the digestive tract mucosa, and then compared these factors with other pulmonary heart disease patients who are without upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Results The presence of hypoxemia, hypercapnia, heart failure and application of drug which damage the digestive tract mucosa drug significantly increase the chances of getting upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage among the chronic cot pulmonale patients. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of the related factors of cot pulmonale with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is essential to decrease pulmonary heart disease complicated with gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
