摘    要:目的:探索委员会管理模式对保证PICC置管病人护理质量的影响效果。方法:通过成立中心静脉置管技术质量管理委员会,审核操作者资质准入制度,明确工作职责与权限;规范PICC置管技术操作方法、流程;制定中心静脉导管护理质量标准,置管安全评价指标。结果:对中心静脉置管技术质量管理委员会成立前后的一次置管穿刺技术、穿刺置管不同时间下例数、并发症的发生等进行比较,经统计学χ^2检验有显著性差异,P均〈0.05。结论:建立完善的中心静脉置管技术质量管理机构,对PICC置管技术进行系统规范的管理,不仅有利于技术水平、维护质量的提高,更有利于专科护理的发展,满足了病人的治疗需要,降低并发症的发生率。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the impact of committee management mode on nursing quality of PICC catheter patients. Methods: PICC Technology and Quality Management Committee audited the operators' qualification system, clearified the duties and limits; regulated technical operating methods and process; developped PICC nursing quality standards and catheter safety evaluation index. Results: Compared with the puncture catheterization technology, cases under different times, and the complications before and after the establishment of PICC Management Committee, χ^2 test proved statistically significant difference(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of a sound PICC Technology and Quality Management Committee and the systemtic management of PICC technology is not only conducive to the technological level and safeguarding quality, but also is more conducive to the development of specialist nursing to meet the needs of the patient's treatment and reduce the incidence of complications.
