结直肠癌骨转移28例诊治分析

目的 探讨结直肠癌骨转移的诊治方法。方法 回顾性分析28例结直肠癌骨转移患者的临床资料。结果 结直肠癌发生骨转移后，中位生存期为8．5个月，放疗对骨转移瘤引起的局部疼痛具有较明显的缓解作用，化疗无明显疗效。结论 骨转移常为结直肠癌的终末期的表现，多同时合并其他重要脏器的转移，预后差。严格掌握手术治疗适应证，强调支持、对证治疗，以期提高生活质量，延长生存期。

Diagnosis and treatment of bone metastases from colorectal carcinoma with a report of 28 cases

Obective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of skeleton metastases from colorectal carcinoma. Methods To make a retrospective study of 28 cases' diagnosis and treatment. Results The mediate survival time was 8. 5 months of the cases with skeleton metastases from colorectal carcinoma. The pain that was caused by skeleton metas- tases could be remission by radiotherapy. Chemotherapy wasn't obvious curative effect. Conclusion Colorectal carcino- ma with bone metastases is the telophase of the course of disease and at the meantime it is often with mulit-oragns' metastases.The prognosis of bone metastases from colorectal carcinoma is poor. It is more important to take emphasis on expectant treatment. It is important for reducing the symptom and improving the quality to find the early stage of the skel- eton metastases, to control the indication of the operation strictly.
