安徽省部分地区妇女病防治现状调查

目的了解城乡妇女对妇女病、妇女病普查相关知识的知晓情况,为卫生部制定妇女病防治规范提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式,应用SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析。结果城市妇女对妇女病及妇女病普查知识知晓率明显高于农村,差异有显著性。对宫颈癌、乳腺癌是否一定有症状及患宫颈癌是否一定要切除子宫知识知晓率较低,不同年龄段、不同学历妇女之间相关知识知晓率差异均具有显著性。结论应重点对农村地区、文化程度低、年龄大的妇女加强宫颈癌、乳腺癌防治等知识的普及。

Investigation of Gynecopathies in Anhui Province

Objective To understand awareness on gynecopathies and the related knowledge among women in urban and rural areas,provide the scientific data for building the guidelines of gynecopathies prevention.Methods Questionnaires were used in the survey and SPSS10.0 was adopted for statistic analysis.Results The ratio of knowing the gynecopathies and the related knowledge of census among women in urban was higher than that of women in rural areas.The difference had statistic significance.The women who could correctly answer the questions such as whether there must be some symptoms for cervical cancer or galactophore cancer,and whether the uterus must be cut off or not if a woman has cervical cancer was few.Meanwhile,the ratios of knowing the related knowledge among women with different ages and different education was not the same,the difference had statistic significant.Conclusions The knowledge of prevention on cervical and breast cancer should be widespread among women who were old,living in rural areas and low education.
