| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无创呼吸机在治疗急性左心衰竭合并低氧血症的疗效。方法72例急性左心衰合并低氧血症患者随机分为两组:治疗组(A组)即常规药物治疗+无创呼吸机,对照组(B组)即常规药物治疗。观察两组治疗前、治疗后0.5 h心率、呼吸频率、PaO2及SaO2的变化并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,经统计学分析差异有显著性。结论无创双水平气道正压通气通过调节适当吸气压力水平和呼气末正压水平,可改善心功能,减轻肺水肿,迅速提高动脉血氧含量,纠正急性左心衰竭合并呼吸衰竭引起的低氧血症。大大提高了生存率。
