摘    要:通过介绍美国互联网药品广告监管的法规、机构和具体监管流程,分析我国互联网药品广告监管现状和存在问题,建议我国完善立法、构建互联网药品广告监管体系、规范互联网药品广告内容、加强各监管机构协调合作、强化行业自律意识、完善消费者监督体制,以促进互联网药品广告监管的发展.

Introduction of the American Internet Drug Advertising Administration and the Enlightenment to China

Abstract:This paper presented the situation of the American internet drug advertising administration in the aspects of regulatory legislations,supervisory authorities and specific supervision process,and analyzed the drug advertising regulatory status of Chinese internet and the existing problems.To promote the development of internet advertisement supervision in China,it's necessary to perfect the related legislations,to establish the monitoring system of internet drug advertisement,to standardize the drug advertising contents,to strengthen the cooperation and coordination of the regulatory agencies,to develop the self-discipline in the industry and to improve the consumer supervision system.
