结核菌L型感染诱导小鼠生精细胞凋亡的实验研究

目的 探讨结核菌L型感染能否引起生精细胞凋亡，从而推测结核菌L型感染与男性不育的关系。方法 用牛型结核分支杆菌L型反复直接注入成年雄鼠睾丸内，40天后取睾丸组织分别作HE染色及凋亡细胞的原位末端标记显示（ISEL）。结果 实验组20列雄性小鼠有15例曲细精管的生殖细胞有凋亡；对照组20例无一例有生精细胞凋亡；两者生精细胞凋亡有显著性差异（P＜0．005）。结论 结核菌L型感染可引起小鼠生精细胞凋亡；结核菌L型感染与男性不育可能有一定关系。

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF APOPTOSIS OF SPERMATOGENIC CELLS INDUCED WITH TUBERCLE BACILLUS L-FORM

Aim To detect if tubercle bacillus L-form can induce apoptosis of spermatogenic cells, and guess the relation between infection of tubercle bacillus L-form and male infertility.Methods After injecting tubercle bacillus L-form to rat testis repeatedly,testis tisuss was taken to have HE staining,meanwhile apoptotic cells were detected with in situ end-labeling(ISEL). Results Apoptosis was found in 15 cases of 20 experimental rat testis;there is no apoptosis in the control group;apoptosis has manifest deference between the two groups(P<0.005).Conclusion Infection of tubercle bacillus L-form can cause spermatogenic cell apoptosis,perhaps there is some relation between infection of tubercle bacillus L-form and male infertility.
