| 摘 要： | 目的 了解双黄连注射剂的临床合理使用情况.方法 采用病历回顾性研究的方法,对6省市16家医院的4382份使用过双黄连注射剂的完整住院病历进行了调查,用SPSS11.5进行统计分析.结果 在使用双黄连注射剂时存在症药不符现象和超出药品说明书使用范围的现象.结论 应在中医理论指导下严格按照药品说明书规定使用双黄连注射剂.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status on rational use of Shuanghuanglian Injections. Method By means of case retrospective study, we investigated 4 382 integrated cases used Shuanghuanglian Injections in 16 hospitals located in six provinces and cities. The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS (version 11.5). Results Some Shuanghuanglian Injections were used without complying with zheng of TCM and beyond the scope of labeling. Conclusion Shuanghuanglian Injections should be used strictly according to the labeling and under the guidance of TCM theory. |
