多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术在小儿气道异物诊断中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术应用于小儿气道异物诊断的意义。方法入选2010年1月-2012年12月我院收治的70例确诊为气道异物患儿,进行回顾性资料分析及研究。患儿进行X线均未确诊,进行多层螺旋CT检查,并采用MPR、CTVB图像后处理技术,后进行支气管镜检查。结果玉型、Ⅱ型、芋型异物X线、CT轴位、CT轴位加后处理诊断准确率分别为14.29%、64.71%、41.67%;100.00%、94.12%、75.00%;100.00%、98.04%、91.67%。统计学分析显示,CT轴位加后处理诊断准确率明显高于其他两组(P〈0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术具有较高的小儿气道异物诊断率,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the diagnosis significance of MDCT scan and image post-processing technology for air-way foreign body in children. Methods Seventy cases of airway foreign body in children from January 2010 to Decem-ber 2012 were selected in our hospital, the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. All the children had not been X-ray diagnosis pre-operation,multilayer spiral CT examination,and MPR,CTVB image post-processing technology,then bronchoscopy. Results TypeⅠand typeIIand type foreign body,X-ray,CT axial CT axial position and post-processing diagnos tic accuracy was 14.29%,64.71% and 41.67% respectively; 100.00%,94.12%,75.00%; 100.00%,98.04%,91.67%. Statistical analysis showed that CT axial position and post-processing diagnostic accuracy obviously higher than the other two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Multislice CT scan and image post-processing technology have the high detection,and it's worth promoting in the diagnosis of pedtatric airway foreign body.
