茜芷片联合黄体酮治疗药物流产后子宫出血的疗效观察

目的分析茜芷片联合黄体酮治疗药物流产后子宫出血的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月—2019年11月在洛阳东方医院治疗的药物流产后子宫出血患者86例,随机分成对照组(43例)和治疗组(43例)。对照组患者口服黄体酮胶囊,200 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服茜芷片,5粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续服用10 d。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者B超复查和阴道流血情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为74.42%和95.35%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者平均阴道流血止时间和平均宫内残留消失时间明显比对照组短(P0.05),治疗组患者阴道流血量明显比对照组少(P0.05)。结论茜芷片联合黄体酮治疗药物流产后子宫出血,可明显改善患者阴道出血的临床症状,缩短阴道出血时间和降低出血量,降低清宫率,安全可靠

Clinical observation of Qianzhi Tablets combined with progesterone in treatment of uterine bleeding after drug abortion

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qianzhi Tablets combined with progesterone in treatment of uterine bleeding after drug abortion. Methods Patients (86 cases) with uterine bleeding after drug abortion in Luoyang Dongfang Hospital from January 2019 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control (43 cases) and treatment (43 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Progesterone Capsules, 200 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qianzhi Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the B ultrasound and vaginal bleeding in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 74.42% and 95.35% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the mean time of vaginal stop bleeding and intrauterine Residue disappearing in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the vaginal bleeding volume in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qianzhi Tablets combined with progesterone in treatment of uterine bleeding after drug abortion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, decrease the time and amount of vaginal bleeding, reduce the curettage rate, which is safe and reliable.
