功能磁共振成像在乳腺癌诊断中的应用进展

乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来其发病率逐年升高且发病年龄逐渐年轻化,早期发现并早期治疗可降低乳腺癌的死亡率。目前,乳腺X线钼靶摄影、乳腺超声等传统影像学检查已不能完全满足乳腺癌的临床诊疗需要,新兴的磁共振成像技术显现出较高的临床应用价值,文章将对功能磁共振成像在乳腺癌诊断中的应用进展进行综述,旨在为乳腺癌的临床诊疗提供思路指引。

Progress in the application of functional magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of breast cancer

Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women. In recent years, its incidence has gradually increased and the age of onset has gradually become younger. Early detection and early treatment can reduce the mortsality of breast cancer. At present, traditional imaging studies such as mammography and breast ultrasound have not fully met the clinical needs of breast cancer. The emerging magnetic resonance imaging technology has shown high clinical value. This article will review the progress in the application of functional magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of breast cancer, aiming to provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
