总量统计矩法与主成分分析对利咽饮配方颗粒HPLC指纹图谱的研究

摘    要:目的:建立利咽饮配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱及适合中药复方多成分质量控制的综合评价方法。方法:采用HPLC法,建立10批利咽饮配方颗粒的指纹图谱,采用总量统计矩法和主成分分析法,对指纹图谱进行整体特征和相似度分析。结果:利咽饮配方颗粒各特征峰均获得良好分离,其标准指纹图谱由13个特征峰组成,总量统计矩的零阶矩(AUCT)、总量一阶矩(MCRTT)、总量二阶矩(VCRT_T)平均值分别为3.850×10^6μv·s、14.40 min、318.48 min^2,RSD分别为12.31%,6.92%,1.86%,相似度平均值为0.943。结论:总量统计矩法与主成分分析相结合可综合比较利咽饮配方颗粒的批间差异,为建立该配方的质量控制方法提供参考。

Abstract:Objective:To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Liyanyin formula granules,and to set up a method for multi-component quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The fingerprints of 10 batches of Liyanyin formula granules were established by an HPLC method.The total characteristics and similarity analysis of fingerprints were carried out by total quantity statistical moment(TQSM)and principal component analysis.Results:The characteristic peaks of Liyanyin formula granules were well separated.The standard fingerprints consisted of 13 characteristic peaks.The AUCT,MCRTT,and VCRT_T was 3.850×10^6μv·s,14.40 min and 318.48 min^2,respectively,and the RSD was 12.31%,6.92%and 1.86%,respectively,and the average similarity was 0.943.Conclusion:The combination of TQSM and principal component analysis can comprehensively compare the batch-to-batch differences of Liyanyin formula granules,and provides reference for establishing the quality control method of the formula granules.
