部分拔甲联合梭形整形术治疗甲沟炎临床研究

甲沟炎是临床手足专科常见疾病,既往多采用全甲拔除术,近期效果满意,但较易复发1]。笔者采用部分拔甲联合梭形整形术治疗甲沟炎,疗效满意,复发率低,现报道如下。1临床资料2017年8月—2019年2月浙江省嘉兴市第二医院门诊就诊的嵌甲型甲沟炎患者60例(选取单侧发病),均为嵌甲导致的患趾局部红肿疼痛,继发感染,保守治疗无效或反复发作,需要手术治疗2-3]。排除有手术禁忌证的患者,包括瘢痕体质、凝血功能障碍或有出血倾向、糖尿病以及有重要器官严重疾病,不能耐受手术4]。60例中右侧患趾41例,左侧19例,男32例,女28例,年龄(26.77±5.68)岁,病程(10.08±3.92)个月。根据患者意愿分为对照组与观察组,各30例。本研究经医院伦理委员会审核通过,所有患者术前均签署知情同意。

Clinical study of partial nail plate resection combined with fusiform orthopedics in the treatment of paronychia

Objective: Paronychia is a common and frequent disease in the clinic. When recurrence and pain occur, surgery is usually required.To evaluate the clinical effect of partial nail plate resection combined with fusiform surgery in the treatment of paronychia. Methods: Sixty patients with paronychia admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were treated with surgery. Partial nail plate resection was used in the control group, and the treatment group was treated combined with fusiform surgery. All patients were evaluated for postoperative clinical effect and recurrence rates. Results: partial nail plate resection combined with fusiform surgery reconstructed the diseased sulcus, which basically relieved the cause of ingrown nails, with a high cure rate, rapid recovery after surgery, and low recurrence rate. Discussion: The use of this technology to treat paronychia, the postoperative recurrence rate is low, the new toenail looks beautiful, and the deformity is obviously improved. Therefore, it should be considered as a routine procedure for paronychia.
