基于AHP-CRITIC混合权重分析和正交设计法优选升麻葛根汤煎药机煎煮工艺

摘    要:目的:确定指标权重,优选升麻葛根汤最佳煎煮工艺,为临床应用提供参考。方法:以阿魏酸、异阿魏酸、葛根素、大豆苷、芍药苷、芍药苷内酯的含量及综合评价指标,采用AHP、CRITIC、AHP-CRITIC混合加权法确定各评价权重系数,比较单一赋权法和混合加权法,结合正交试验结果优选升麻葛根汤煎煮工艺的最佳参数。结果:AHP-CRITIC混合加权法科学、合理、稳定,按其确定的权重系数进行综合评分,优选出最佳工艺参数为浸泡30 min,加14倍量水,煎煮30 min。结论:AHP-CRITIC法可用于升麻葛根汤煎煮工艺多指标权重的确定,优选的工艺重复性好、稳定、可行。

Abstract:Objective:To provide reference for the clinical application of processing parameters of Shengma Gegen decoction based on determining the index weight.Methods:Using the contents of ferulic acid,isoferulic acid,puerarin,daidzin,paeoniflorin and albiflorin,and the ratio of extraction as the comprehensive evaluation indices,the weighting coefficient in seven synthetic evaluation indices was determined respectively by AHP,CRITIC and AHP-CRITIC method.Compared single weighting method with mixed weighting method,the optimal decoction processing parameters of Shengma Gegen decoction were optimized by orthogonal test.Results:Mixed weighted AHP-CRITIC was scientific,reasonable and stable.The best extraction process of Shengma Gegen decoction was soaking 30 min with 14-fold amount of water,and decocting the solution for 30 min.Conclusion:AHP-CRITIC suitable for establishing the weighted coefficient of multi-index is reproducible,stable and feasible.
