308nm 准分子光联合驱白巴布期片 对白癜风患者外周血IL-6和IL-17的影响

正白癜风是一种病因未明的常见的色素脱失性皮肤疾病,我国总患病率约为0.553%,约有一半的患者发生在青少年时期~(1]),给患者带来沉重的思想压力。308nm准分子光是目前治疗白癜风安全、有效的方法之一~(2])。驱白巴布期片是治疗白癜风的传统中成药,对治疗白癜风有一定的疗效,联合紫外光治疗可提高有效率~(3])。研究表明白癜风的发病与免疫相关~(4-5])。本研究观察稳定期白癜风患者采用308nm准分子光联合驱白巴布期片治疗前后外周血白细胞介素6(IL-6)及白细胞介素17(IL-17)的水平变化。1临床资料

The effects of IL-6 and IL-17 in peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo by 308-nm excimer light combined with Qubaibabuqi

Abstract Objective To study the levels change of IL-6 and IL-17 in peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo by 308-nm excimer light combined with Qubaibabuqi.Methods Sixty patients with stable vitiligo was randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, and the observation group was treated with 308nm excimer light combined with oral Qubaibabuqi,the control group was treated with 308nm excimer light,two groups were treated for 16 weeks.Observe the treatment effect and detect the IL-6 and IL-17 expression levels in peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group (P <0.05). Compared with the observation group after and before treatment, the expression of IL-6 and IL-17 in peripheral blood was obviously decased (P <0.05). The observation group were lower than that the control group after treatment in expressions of IL-6 and IL-17 (P<0.05).Conclusion 308-nm excimer light combined with oral Qubaibabuqi for the treatment of stable vitiligo may reduce the damage of melanocytes, and restore the normal of white spots by reduce the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in peripheral blood.
