孕期健康教育对孕妇选择分娩方式的影响

目的 通过孕期健康教育，使孕妇了解孕育、生育方面的知识。从而，正确认识不同分娩方式的利与弊。方法通过对2004年1月至2004年12月间768名门诊孕妇进行分批次集体培训，专职人员讲课，授课前后发放同一试卷，调查孕妇愿意选择何种方式结束分娩。结果在授课前选择自然分娩与剖宫产的比例为1：1；而授课后两种分娩方式的比例为7：1。结论 孕期健康教育对孕妇选择分娩方式有重大影响，可降低剖宫产率。

The influence of health education in pregnant time on delivery modes of pregnant women

Objective enable the pregnant women to understand the learning of pregnancy and delivery by health education of pregnant time, make them known the advantage and disadvantage of different delivery pattem Methods 768 pregnancy women visited at the out-patient department of Gynecology and Obstetrics were collectivity trained in batch from 2004.1 to 2004.12, the professional workers give the class, before and after the class, the same questionnaire was given to the pregnancy women to investigate which pattem the pregnancy women would like choose to stop delivery. Result Before the class, the rate of natural delivery and cesarean section was 1 to 1, but after the class, two delivery patterns were 7 to 1. Conclusion Healthy education in pregnancy women can heavily influence the delivery pattern of pregnancy women it can decrease cesarean section rate.
