| 摘 要： | 乡镇卫生院承担着广大农村地区基本医疗和公共卫生服务提供的重任，随着国家对乡镇卫生院投入的不断提高，各级卫生行政部门越来越关注乡镇卫生院卫生服务产出的量化问题。以服务时间或服务成本作为基本要素的方法不能从本质上反映各种卫生服务的内涵。笔者认为应从技术含量、劳动强度和服务风险三个维度，以“标准服务量”作为卫生服务测量的基本单元的方法，可以较客观地测量乡镇卫生院的服务产出量。
