| 摘 要： | 在医疗器械管理中，对采购产品的资质证件审查与产品验收中存在着许多不规范行为，如厂家超范围生产、经营公司超范围销售，产品注册管理类别错误等。针对各种情形，本文提出了解决途径，这将有利于提高医疗器械生产与销售的规范性，确保医院使用的各类产品的质量可靠，有效减少医疗纠纷，对促进医院健康有序的发展起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | In the management of medical apparatus, there are many irregular actions towards the checkup of the certificates for certain apparatus . To solve those problems , the author offers some countermeasures to improve the regularity of the process for both production and distribution and to insure the apparatus qualified ,then to reduce the medical conflicts and to promote the development of a hospital. |
