| 摘 要： | 目的提高对颅内血管外皮瘤(hem angiopericytoma,HPC)的认识,探讨颅内HPC的综合治疗及预后。方法回顾总结20例颅内HPC患者的临床特点以及手术切除、术后全脑放射治疗和预后情况,并且复习相关文献。结果 20例患者均行开颅手术治疗及全脑放射治疗,其中肿瘤全切除14例,次全切除4例,大部切除2例。术后随访24~120个月,7例肿瘤复发,平均复发时间为52.3个月,2例出现颅外转移,6例死亡。结论颅内HPC是一种少见的颅内肿瘤,手术切除是最佳的治疗手段,全脑放射治疗是主要的辅助治疗手段。
