减压术治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效观察

目的分析减压术治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法应用减压术治疗早期股骨头坏死233例(253髋),男173例,女60例,平均年龄[30.2±7.1(20～54)]岁。其中采用细针钻孔减压术治疗早期股骨头坏死175例(188髋),男126例,女49例,平均年龄[29.5±6.9(20～54)]岁。按照世界骨循环研究学会(AR-CO)分期I,-AI、-BI、-C期患者分别为1044、83、6髋;采用粗通道髓芯减压加植骨术治疗早期股骨头坏死58例(65髋),男47例,女11例,平均年龄[31.8±7.5(20～53)]岁。按照ARCO分期I,-AI、-BI、-CI、I-A期患者分别为30、15、9、11髋。结果细针钻孔减压术后,85%患者的髋关节疼痛获得明显缓解。平均随访时间[3.8±1.2(0.4～7.8)]年,I-AI、-BI、-C期的优良率分别为72.1%(75/104)、64.6%(31/48)、58.3%(21/36)。总优良率为67.6%。其中I,-A期者效果最好;粗通道髓芯减压加植骨术后,所有患者的髋关节疼痛获得解除。平均随访时间[2.0±0.8(0.4～3.8)]年,优59髋,良6髋。其中,ARCO...

Treatment of Early Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head with Decompression
