| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清白细胞介素-18水平（IL-18）与不同类型冠心病患者及其他心血管病危险因素的关系。方法：分别测定各研究组的血清IL-18水平，比较各组间的差异及与其他心血管病危险因素的关系。结果：冠心病患者血清IL-18水平明显高于对照组，其中急性心梗和不稳定心绞痛组IL-18与稳定型心绞痛组及对照组比较有差异性（P〈0、05）．IL-18冠心病的并发症之间存在一定的相关性。结论：IL-18水平是反映冠脉粥样病变的炎症反应的主要指标之一，也是预示急性冠脉事件发生的标志。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between interleukin-18 (IL-18) and coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular risk factors.Methods:The level of serum IL-18 in groups were measured and compared.The relationship between IL-18 and other cardiovascular risk factors was analyzed.Results:Compared with control group,the level of IL-18 in patients with coronary heart disease was higher,specially in acute myocardial infarction group and unstable angina group.The difference was significant (P<0.05).IL-18 was related to complications of coronary heart disease.Conclusion:The level of IL-18 is one of major indictors inflecting inflammation in coronary atherosclerotic lesion.It also predict the occurance of acute coronary events. |
