超声引导下脐静脉穿刺术用于产前诊断115例分析

目的探讨B超引导下脐静脉穿刺术在产前诊断中的成功率与安全性。方法回顾分析2003年11月至2007年3月115例孕妇因不同原因在超声引导下行脐静脉穿刺术进行产前诊断的临床资料,观察穿刺手术的成功性和并发症。结果一次性穿刺成功111例,成功率96.6%,二次穿刺成功114例,二次成功率为98.3%。手术并发症包括：胎盘或脐带渗血17例（14.9%）,胎儿心动过缓3例（2.6%）,流产、早产0例,感染0例。结论脐静脉穿刺术是一项较为安全易行的可靠的产前诊断取材技术。

Analysis of cordocentesis guided by transabdominal ultrasound in 115 patients for prenatal diagnosis

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of diagnostic cordocentesis during pregnancy.Methods:from 2003.11 to 2007.3,115 consecutive Cordocenteses were performed under transabdominal ultrasound guidance at central Hospital of Tai An.The results of each procedure was collectd and analysed in terms of operational complications and pregnancy outcomes.Results:111 procedures(96.6%) were done successfully at the first attempt,and 3(2.6%) required repeated cordocentesis and were successful at second attempt,totally efficacy was 98.3%.Complication: Transient bleeding at puncture site was observed in 17 cases(14.9%),transient fetal bradycardia in 3 cases(2.6%).Conclusion: Cordocentetesis is a useful,relatively safe,and effective procedure for prenatal diagnosis.
