摘    要:目的 研究教育是否对急性脑血管病急者(ACVD)的记忆功能损害有保护作用。方法 用修订韦氏记忆量表(WMS)检测124例ACVD患者的记忆功能。结果 ACVD患者的WMS各项评分均明显低于对照组;受教育水平与ACVD患者的WMS评分呈明显正相关(r=0.26—0.55);粗分和量表分的组间比较显示,长时记忆和与视党相关的短时记忆量表为6年以上受教育组明显高于6年以下教育组;与语言相关的短时记忆和瞬时记忆量表则为9年以上教育组明显高于9年以下教育组;总量表和记忆商(MQ)表现为除相邻组外,余各组间比较均有显著性差异。结论 ACVD急者的瞬时、短时、长期记忆均明显受损;较高教育水平对其记忆功能损害有保护作用,受教育时间越长,保护作用越强;6年以上教育对长时记忆和视党短时记忆有保护作用,而语言相关的短时记忆则需接受9年以上教育方能得到有效保护。

Abstract:Objective To study whether education has protective effects on the faculty of memory in 124 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD).Methods The faculties of memory of 124 patients with ACVD and 49 normal persons were evaluated with Wechsler memory scale (WMS).Results The scores of WMS of the patients with ACVD were significantly lower than those of the normal controls. There existed significant positive correlation between the educational level and the WMS scores of the patients with ACVD(r=0.26 0.55).The comparison made between the rough scores and the scale scores showed that the long term memory and the vision related short term memory of the patients with education longer than 6 years were significantly better than that of the patients with education shorter than 6 years, and the language related short term memory and the immediate memory of the patients with education longer than 9 years were significantly better than that of the patients with education shorter than 9 year. There existed significant difference of the total scale scores and the memory quotient (MQ) between each group except the adjacent groups.Conclusion The long term, short term and immediate memories of the patients with ACVD were damaged obviously. Higher educational level has protective effects on faculty of memory, and the higher the educational level of the patient has, the stronger the protective effect is. Education longer than 6 years has protective effect on long term memory and vision related short memory, but language related short memory can be protected by education for 9 years at least.
