| 摘 要： | 皮肤瘢痕癌是指发生于各种原因所致的皮肤瘢痕基础上的癌变。皮肤瘢痕的癌变率为1%～2%,癌变潜伏期为3个月至数年,组织学类型以鳞状细胞癌为主,预后较差,发病机制目前还不甚明确。细胞间隙连接通讯(GJIC)是细胞间的一种重要连接方式,肿瘤和转化细胞普遍存在GJIC的缺陷。皮肤瘢痕癌变的分子机制研究以及它与GJIC的相关性目前是肿瘤研究领域的新课题。

| Abstract: | Skin scar carcinoma refers to carcinoma based on the skin scar resulting from different causes.The canceration rate of skin scar is about 1%～2%,the latency period of canceration ranges from three months to numbers of years,squamous cell carcinoma is the most common type of histology,and its prognosis is poor..However,the pathogenesy of skin scar cancer is not very clear currently.Gap junction intercellular communication（GJIC）is an important intercellular connection,the defect of GJIC is existed in tumor and transformant commonly.It is the new topic in tumor domain to study the molecular mechanism of canceration of skin scar and its dependablity with GJIC at present. |
