乙酰胺救治重度氟乙酰胺中毒55例疗效观察

目的:为提高重度氟乙酰胺中毒的抢救成功率,降低病死率,探索更有效的治疗方案。方法:早期采用大剂量乙酰胺0.5g/kg~2.0g/kg加入5%~10%葡萄糖注射液内静脉滴注2次/d~4次/d。结果:治疗组55例重度中毒患者治愈53例,治愈率96.4%;死亡2例,占3.6%。对照组30例,治愈22例,治愈率73.3%;死亡6例,占20%;后遗症2例,占6.7%。两组差异有显著性,P<0.01。结论:大剂量乙酰胺静脉滴注可提高氟乙酰胺中毒的抢救成功率,避免了肌注局部刺激作用,效果较好。

The Curative Effect Observation of Acetamide Cure 55 Cases Patients with Scale Degree Fluorin Acetamide Poisoning

Objective To improve the successful rates of salvage of patients with fluorin acetamide poisoning,reduce the death rates,explore the more effective treatment projects. Methods Used 5% ～10% glucose injection and added great dose of acetamide 0.5 g/kg～2.0 g/kg ,injected into the vein of the poisoning patients (2 ～4 )times a day in the early period. Resultes 55 cases patients of the treatments group with scale degree poisoning of fluorin acetamide, the cure rates were 96.4%,2 cases were death,occupy 3.6%. 30 cases were the contrast group,there were 22 cases of this group were cured,the cure rates were 73.3%,6 cases were death,occupy 20%,2 cases were sequela, occupy 6.7%.Two groups had a notable difference,P<0.01. Conclusions Use great dose of acetamide can improve the successful rates of salvage,it can avoid the local stimulation effect of injection,has better effect.
