| 摘 要： | 趋化因子是一类具有化学趋化活性的细胞因子,在炎症反应中起重要作用。本文对趋化因子及其受体的分类,在炎症细胞移行过程中的作用和与中枢神经系统炎症性脱髓鞘疾病多发性硬化之间的关系进行阐述。

| Abstract: | Chemokines are described as chemotactic cytokines which play important roleroles in inflammatory disorders. In this review, the classification of the chemokines and receptors and their functions in leukocyte trafficking which lead to multiple sclerosis, a inflammatory demyelination disorder in CNS were discussed. |
