| 摘 要： | 手术治疗耳源性面神经麻痹8例,其中乳突手术损伤4例,慢性中耳炎(特别是胆脂瘤性中耳炎)3例,Bell's麻痹1例。作面神经水平段减压1例;垂直段减压1例;膝状节到茎乳孔减压6例。2例作了神经移植和吻合术。术中都使用了自制的血浆胶来保护、固定和粘合面神经及其吻合端,效果良好。对血浆胶的制备作了介绍,并讨论了面神经损伤的诊断和手术时机。

| Abstract: | This paper reported 8 cases of otogenic facial paralysis by surgical treatment, including 3 cases of chronic otitis media (especially the cholestcatoma), 4 cases of trauma during mastoidectomy and 1 case of Bell's palsy.Among them, 1 horizontal seg ment decompression, 1 vertical segment decompression and 6 decompressions from the geniculate ganglion to the stylomastoid foramen were performed. Nerve grafting and neuroanastomosis were performed in 2 cases. In these operations, self-made serous glue was applied in order to protect, fix and adhere to the facial anastomctic ends with good effect. The method of preparation of the serous glue was recommended and the diagnosis of facial injuries as well as the faverable time for operation were discussed. |
