芬太尼与瑞芬太尼对全麻苏醒期的影响

目的:比较芬太尼与瑞芬太尼对全麻苏醒期的影响。方法:全麻病人254例ASAⅠ级～Ⅲ级,随机分为两组(n=127):芬太尼组(F组)和瑞芬太尼组(R组)。F组和R组诱导期均使用咪达唑仑(0.015～0.075)mg/kg、芬太尼(1～5)μg/kg、维库溴铵(0.08～0.1)mg/kg、异丙酚(2～2.5)mg/kg。维持期F组用咪达唑仑、芬太尼、维库溴铵、氨氟醚或异氟醚。R组维持期不同的是用瑞芬太尼代替F组的芬太尼。观察两组病人从手术结束到清醒的时间。结果:F组与R组的苏醒时间差异无显著性(P>0.05);F组与R组的生命体征的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:全麻维持期间用芬太尼或瑞芬太尼对全麻苏醒期的影响不大;瑞芬太尼组术中生命体征较平稳。

Influence of Fentanyl and Remifentanil for General Anesthesia Revive Period

Objective To compare the influence of fentanyl and remifentanil for general anesthesia revive period.Methods Two hundred and fifty-four patients ASA I to Ⅲ,allocated to two groups（n=127 each）：group I fentanyl （F） and group II remifentanil （R）,Group F and Group R are all use midazolam （0,015-0.075）mg/kg,fentanyl （1 -5）μg/kg,vecuronium （0.08-0. 1）mg/kg,propofol （2-2,5）mg/kg in induction period.Group F use midazolam,fentanyl, vecuronium,enflurane or is of lurane in maintenance period,In maintenance period of group R the difference is remifentanil replace fentanyl of group F. Observe the time that from operation finish to patient revive for the two group.Results These were no significant difference in revive time between the group F and group R. There was significant difference in vital sign between the group F and group R.Conclusion These were slight influence used fentanyl or remifentanil for general anesthesia revive period in maintenance period. Group R vital sign is stabler then group F.
