| 摘 要： | 中国药典收载的黄芩为唇形科植物黄芩ＳｃｕｔｅｌｌａｌｒｉａｂａｉｃａｌｅｎｓｉｓＧｅｏｒｇｉ.的干燥根。具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎之功效 ,其主要有效成分为黄芩苷。由于分布面广 ,资源量大 ,其有效成分含量差异大 ,本文分别以黄芩不同部位为样品 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定黄芩中叶、茎、茎皮、根、根皮、须根、须根皮中黄芩苷的含量 ,为资源的合理保护与开发利用提供依据。1 材料与仪器1 1 材料样品采于华南药用植物园并定点于同一植株 ,秋季采集 ,采集后晒干 ,将植株中叶、茎、茎皮、根、根皮、须根、须根皮分别分…

| Abstract: | AIM The content of baicalin in Scutellalria baicalensis Georgi. in the different parts was determined by RP-HPLC. METHODS The mobile phase was a mixed liquid with MeOH-Water-H3PO4(60∶40∶0.2). Standard curve showed a linearity within the range of 0.36～0.84 μg/ml(r=0.9995), the average recovery was 99.28%, and RSD=1.4%(n=5). RESULTS The results showed that the content of baicalin is highest in the bark (cortex) part of Scutellalria baicalensis Georgi. |
