“坐月子”对产后抑郁症的影响

目的 :调查产后抑郁症及其相关因素 ,了解“坐月子”以及家庭和社会支持等社会心理因素对产后抑郁症的影响。方法 :产后 4 2 d,使用自编社会心理因素及传统风俗调查表、明尼苏达多项个性量表 (MMPI)调查 199例产后妇女。结果 :本研究中产后抑郁症的发生率为 2 6 .9% ;产后抑郁症的发生与丈夫的作用、家庭经济收入、婆婆的参与以及亲友的支持有显著联系 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;“坐月子”相关因素与产后抑郁症之间没有发现显著联系 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :坐月子似乎对女性的产后经历有积极和消极两方面的作用。计划怀孕、预先做好“坐月子”时间和经济支出的安排将可能对产后抑郁症的发生具有保护作用。家庭、伴侣以及社会支持系统在产后抑郁症的发生中发挥独特作用

Influence of "confinement in childbirth" for puerperal depression

Objective: Investigate the cause of puerperal depression and the factors correlated with puerperal depression, it's social psychological factors influence which are "confinement in childbirth", family and social support to puerperal depression.Method: 199 cases puerperal 42 days women were investigated by the self draw up questionnaire of social psychological factors and traditional custom, Minnesota Multinomial Personality Index (MMPI).Result: The incidence rate of puerperal depression was 26.9% in this paper. The generation of the puerperal depression noteworthy relates to her husband action, family's economic income, participation mother in law and support from relatives and friends ( P <0.05); the factors correlated with "confinement in childbirth" and puerperal depression is not found noteworthy relation ( P <0.05).Conclusion: "Confinement in childbirth" has positive and negative action to women puerperal experiences. Planned pregnant, beforehand dispose the time of "confinement in childbirth" and expend of economy, these may be had the protect effect to happen the puerperal depression. The family partner and social support system have distinctive effect on happening puerperal depression .
