| 摘 要： | 目的联合应用磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)、感兴趣区(ROI)、基于体素的图像分析技术(VBA)研究高血压患者的脑白质损伤。方法对受试者进行临床和神经心理评估、头颅MRI平扫。13例受试者(高血压组7例、对照组6例)接受DTI扫描,所得DTI影像数据经与标准模板配准后,行全脑全体素分析及ROI,从而确定两组各向异性分数(FA)有差异的脑区。结果高血压组右侧顶叶白质、左侧枕叶白质、右侧枕叶白质FA值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论与MRI平扫T2加权成像及ROI比较,DTI联合VBA技术可以更敏感、更准确的发现高血压相关的脑白质损伤。
