| 摘 要： | 目的观察注射用前列地尔联合红花黄色素治疗老年慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法选择50例老年CRF患者随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(24例)。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加注射用前列地尔和注射用红花黄色素治疗,对照组仅予常规治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后血清尿素(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)、24h尿蛋白定量(24hUp)及血液流变学参数的变化。结果治疗组治疗两周时BUN为(11.25±6.01)mmol/L、SCr为(318.04±90.50)μmol/L、24hUp为(1.45±1.06)g较治疗前的(16.35±6.05)mmol/L、(390.60±99.56)μmol/L、(1.90±1.21)g显著降低(P<0.05),Ccr为(29.18±16.26)ml/min,较治疗前的(21.64±10.20)ml/min显著升高(P<0.05),血液流变学参数较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05);治疗4周时以上指标较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后各观测指标比较差异无统计学意义。治疗中未发生严重不良反应。结论老年CRF患者在常规治疗的基础上,应用前列地尔联合红花黄色素是一种安...
