| Abstract: | Objective To develop an high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of the content of Taohongtongmai Granules.Methods The agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） was used with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water（35∶65）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results The calibration curve of paeoniflorin was 0.1-1.0 μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 100.24%,and RSD was 0.69%（n=9）.Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable and sensitive.It can be used for quality control of Taohongtongmai Granules. |
