| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝部分切除术治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效及安全性。方法对2000年2月~2007年2月就诊于山东大学附属省立医院的46例肝内胆管结石患者应用肝部分切除治疗,其中,左外叶切除23例,左半肝切除9例,右前叶切除5例,右半肝切除1例,左肝和右肝叶(段)切除术8例。结果 46例患者均顺利完成手术,无死亡病例;并发症中,发生切口感染3例,肺部感染2例,胆瘘1例,膈下感染1例,残留结石6例。随访患者中,优30例,良11例,差5例,优良率达89.1。结论肝部分切除术是目前治疗肝内胆管结石有效且较为安全的方法。
