| 摘 要： | 目的利用改良的血栓弹力图技术研究高龄慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者凝血功能变化。方法选取我院南楼临床部住院的高龄非透析CKD患者32例为CKD组,选取同期住院的高龄非CKD患者38例为对照组。对比分析两组患者血栓弹力图及常规凝血指标变化。结果与对照组比较,CKD组患者Kthrombin显著减少(1.38±0.29vs1.94±0.50min),MAthrombin、综合凝血指数、AngleFibrin、MAFibrin和血浆纤维蛋白原显著增加(64.40±4.46vs58.53±4.15mm)、(7.47±0.81vs6.68±0.84)、(62.95±6.29vs54.60±8.00deg)、(20.57±10.89vs11.15±4.50mm)、(3.87±0.99vs3.24±0.68g/L),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高龄CKD患者存在高凝状态,CKD是综合凝血指数升高的独立危险因素。
