摘    要:目的 优选参夏和胃宁胶囊喷雾制粒的最佳工艺条件.方法 采用正交试验设计以颗粒的流动性和吸湿性为考察指标,对制粒过程的丰主因素进行考察.结果 最佳工艺参数为喷雾制粒的雾化压力0.3 mPa、干燥时间为40 min、浸膏相对密度为1.1~1.2、淀粉量为0.3倍.结论 该方法制出的颗粒流动性好,不易吸湿,易于溶出,性质稳定...

Abstract:Objective To optimize the process of Shenxia and Weining capsules.Methods The major part of spray granulating technology was investigated by orthogonal experiment.Fluidity and hygroscopy were used as the index.Results The optimum technical parameters were 0.3 mPa spraying pressure,40 min of drying time,1.1-1.2 relative density of the extract,and one third the amount of amylum.Conclusion The granules prepared with this method are highly fluid,anti-wet,easily to dissoluable and stable.
